If you discover any noticeable quality issues upon receiving the goods, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide relevant detailed information and photos for assessment and resolution. For verified quality problems, we will provide solutions such as returns, exchanges, or repairs, and all associated costs will be borne by us.


Non-Quality Issues:

Due to the nature of handmade products, each item may have slight variations and individual handicraft flaws. Therefore, we are temporarily unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (such as size discrepancies, color variations, or individual handicraft flaws).Before making a purchase, please carefully review the product images, descriptions, and size guidelines to ensure that your expectations align with the actual product.

We are unable to provide returns, exchanges, or repairs for damages caused by improper usage or maintenance. We strive to ensure product quality and similarity, but due to the nature of handmade items, minor variations are difficult to avoid. Return Instructions:

1. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, picture of the product (If requested), quantity, and the reason for the return.Please email our customer service team at help@oohnailz.com.

2. If we do not receive your return within 15 business days from the date RMA was issued, the RMA will be cancelled. Please make sure that all contents of your product including, the item itself, all accessories, all packaging materials, all instruction manuals and documentations, and any free gift if it was part of the combo. Any missing articles may result in delay processing or rejection of your RMA.

3. Once we’ve received your returns, it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your RMA. Your refund will be issued upon completion of inspection of your return, and the fund will be issue back to the original form of payment that the order was placed. Please note that it may take your bank up to 3-5 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by Ooh Nailz.
