Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges,

or refunds for changes of mind or requests for a different style or size.

We're so confident in our quality that we proudly cover all manufacturing defects with a limited warranty.

We guarantee that every press-on nail set is free from material and manufacturing defects upon delivery.

Every set is backed with a limited 30-day warranty

from the date of purchase.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.

Additionally, the warranty allows a one-time claim for

up to two lost nail pieces

during use within the warranty period at no charge

except for shipping, handling and applicable taxes.

Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase from OOHNAILZ.COM

and are subject to approval.

If the item eligible for warranty is discontinued or out of stock,

a gift card will be issued for the original purchase value,

to be used toward a new replacement item, subject to approval.
